Commercial Finance Manager - Manufacturing (Hybrid) €85k - €90k

A multinational manufacturing client in Kildare have a newly created Commercial Finance Manager role based in Kildare (hybrid) on a permanent basis with an excellent package in the €80,000 - €90,0000 range plus 15% bonus. In this role you will need to support the groups financial performance offering financial insights and guidance across various operational areas. Due to the nature of the industry previous manufacturing experience is required.

Key requirements of the Commercial Finance Manager

• Prepare and deliver accurate financial forecasts and Business Partnering with key stakeholders.
• Manage financial processes across the plant
• Manage an internal control system to safeguard financial information.
• Operational Excellence
• Lead the Cost Performance Tracker process, ensuring clear cost tracking and financial impact calculations.
• Collaborate with Continuous Improvement (CI) teams to drive cost-saving initiatives.
• Educate plant personnel on key performance metrics, fostering financial awareness across teams.

Key requirements of the Commercial Finance Manager

• Accounting experience within a manufacturing company
• Proven ability to lead teams within a manufacturing environment, driving operational planning, cost savings, forecasting, and investment analysis.
• Accountancy qualification
