Finance Manager/Senior Accountant - Software

Newly created Finance Manager/Senior Accountant role with a growing Software company in Dublin City Centre/Hybrid paying €70,000 - €80,000 range. This role is a varied hands on Accounting role where strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills are essential. Excellent opportunity to join a growing organisation with a very interesting product.

Key Responsibilities of the Finance Manager

• Prepare and review management accounts, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reports.
• Provide key commentary and analysis on business performance to senior management.
• Balance Sheet Reconciliations
• Process improvements in collections and AR processes
• Mentor and lead junior team

Key responsibilities of the Finance Manager

• Accountancy qualification
• Industry experience in a high growth industry
• Strong accounting experience, including preparing full management accounts and balance sheet management.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate across departments.
• Problem solving skills
