A rapidly growing global tech start up have an excellent opportunity for a Finance Manager role in Dublin City centre to join their team. They need an autonomous Finance Manager with strong leadership skills for this role. The are looking for someone with three years PQE with strong technical Accounting Knowledge (IFRS) and delivering complex finance projections.

A rapidly growing global tech start up have an excellent opportunity for a Finance Manager role in Dublin City centre to join their team. They need an autonomous Finance Manager with strong leadership skills for this role. The are looking for someone with three years PQE with strong technical Accounting Knowledge (IFRS) and delivering complex finance projections.

Salary for this role is €80,000 - €85,000 plus bonus and benefits. Dublin City centre based with option for hybrid but would prefer three days on site.

Key responsibilities of the Finance Manager – Tech Start Up

Drive key finance initiatives, including system integrations and automation projects.

Oversee a team of 2 which will grow in the next few months

Ownership of the balance sheet review process.

Support with group and local audits.

Support direct and indirect tax return processes.

Research and draft technical papers on accounting and taxation (as per experience).

Enhance and oversee the control environment.

Key requirements of the Finance Manager – Tech Start up

Minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience (PQE), with at least 3 years (tech background beneficial)

ACA/CIMA/ACCA qualified

Strong technical accounting expertise (IFRS) and a solid understanding of taxation principles.

Proven track record in leading and successfully delivering complex finance projects.

Experience in managing teams

Proficient in building financial models
