Senior Finance Manager

Our clients are an expanding Nursing Home group, part of another large international entity. Currently they are looking for a results-driven and confident Senior Finance Manager to manage and improve their organisation's financial performance and direct their accounting operations. You will work closely with the Financial Director, Financial Accountant and a team of 3 finance personnel.

Requirements for The Role

• Preparation of monthly consolidated management accounts.
• Preparation of monthly group reporting pack.
• Preparation of the annual consolidated financial statements.
• Ensuring robust internal financial control procedures are devised, updated and monitored on a continuous basis.
• Ensuring best practice financial policies and procedures are devised, updated and monitored.
• Dealing with the auditors for year end and interim audits.
• Prepare and maintain cash flow projections and the preparation of annual budgets.
• Assist as required with the integration of new acquisitions.
• Streamlining accounting functions and operations.

Key Requirements

• Professional accountancy qualification (ACA /ACCA /CIMA or equivalent) with a minimum of 5 years post qualification experience.
• Staff management and previous experience of leading a financial function
• Extensive understanding of Finance and IT systems including required controls
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills
• Knowledge of Sage or equivalent financial system
• Based in north County Dublin. Hybrid role.
