A leading technology company which makes up part of a multinational function is looking to hire a head of finance. This fast growing company is seeking an ambitious individual who will drive efficiency and who will lead its accounting function. This role will lead the organisation's ongoing integration activities, strategic planning and finance transformation.
The responsibilities of the head of finance include:
- Optimisation of the organisation's finance processes and accounting procedures and leadership of technical accounting procedure
- Driving the efficient closing of monthly, quarterly and annual financials
- Liaising with external and internal audit functions to ensure adherence to audit requirements
- Oversight and leadership of potential acquisitions and implementation of risk management procedures
As an ideal candidate you will be a qualified accountant with relevant experience in commercial finance and be comfortable managing teams, advising senior stakeholders and driving best in class commercial decision making.
