Responsibilities of the Credit Control Specialist Job:

• Proactively manage a portfolio of customer accounts

• Engage customers by phone/email to ensure timely payments

• Collaborate with sales, customer service & finance teams

• Handle account queries and disputes promptly

• Maintain accurate records of customer communications

Requiremnts for the Crdit Control Job:

• 2+ years in credit control or AR

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Organized, with a problem-solving mindset

• Proficiency in MS Excel and financial systems (ERP experience a plus)
