A financial services firm in Dublin is seeking to hire a client transitions analyst. This is a very exciting role with one of the financial services firms in the country, it is a great opportunity to join an ever growing industry.
Key responsibilities of the client transitions analyst:
- Working with the new client to ensure all the requisite information necessary is received in order to be able to begin the initial take on in a timely manner
- Liaising with the NAV team during the parallel period
- Load all listed open tax lots into the system and liaising with the middle office department to ensure all OTC open tax lots are loaded once the initial positions are reconciled
- Loading historical trades for clients are performing a historical backfill of their portfolios and reconciling positions and profit and loss on a monthly basis
As the client transitions analyst you will have reconciliation skills with the ability to problem solve and resolve breaks. A minimum of 2 years experience of working with NAV is very important,(this level of experience is intended as guidance only and does not preclude someone with more or less experience from applying for the role)as this role will be working alongside the fund accounting team.
