Responsibilities of the Finance Administrator Job Include:

As a Finance Administrator, your role will be pivotal in supporting the financial operations of our client's organisation. You will be involved in preparing monthly management accounts, assisting in the annual budgeting process, and coordinating with auditors. Your ability to maintain open communication with colleagues will be crucial for this role. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to contribute to ad hoc assignments that support the overall work of the organisation.

  • Assist in producing monthly management accounts and financial reporting
  • Support the preparation and consolidation of annual budgeting process
  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors providing necessary documentation
  • Help review and update finance policies and procedures
  • Maintain open communications with colleagues, keeping them informed of any relevant issues or queries
  • Assist with other ad hoc assignments to support the general work of the organisation

Requirements for the Finance Administrator Job:

  • Relevant experience working within a Finance or Business domain
  • Proficient MS Word and MS Excel skills
  • Proven Management & Delivery skills including Communication, Relationship Management, Proactivity, Decision-Making
  • Ability to work on own initiative, as well as part of a team

This opportunity is within a statutory body with a wide range of responsibilities that impact everyday life in Ireland. They are involved in securing public passenger land transport services, regulating vehicle clamping, managing integrated ticketing systems for public transport customers, among others. They are also responsible for strategic planning of transport within the Greater Dublin Area.
