Sales and Business Development Manager - Ireland/Europe (based in Dublin City)
Large Global Financial solutions provider
Key Areas:
- Maintaining effective relationships whilst developing new business throughout the European country units
- Managing and developing relationships with large distributors in order to maximise sales opportunities
- Managing the commercial relationship with European country units in order to achieve and exceed new business acquisition and retention targets
- Identifying key business links in order to maximise income/sales potential
- Coordinating the development of annual Sales and Marketing Plans, including European budgetary requirements
Experience Requirements:
- Degree Qualified
- Excellent understanding of UK Life & Pensions market or VA Products
- Experience of working with sales teams throughout Europe
- Broad understanding of the FS market for market research purposes
- Knowledge of legislative and regulatory services
- Exceptional presentation delivery
