Our client, a large listed multinational have enjoyed significant growth over the last 15 years and continue to grow across a variety of jurisdictions including Ireland, UK and US and continental Europe. Due to their commitment to continued expansion they now seek highly driven professionals to accelerate their careers and develop towards occupying senior positions within the organisation to underpin that growth.
The successful individuals will report to the group senior management team and will have the opportunity to gain exposure to a wide range of growing healthcare services related businesses across the globe.
Ideal requirements:
Applicants will ideally have a background in pharmaceuticals or a related industry
Proven commercial acumen in a multinational context
Postgraduate or MBA with a number of years commercial experience
Knowledge of emerging markets, including South America and China would be a distinct advantage
Excellent analytical skills, ability to translate complexity and ambiguity into comprehensible and insightful information and analysis with key recommendations to assist business decisions at the highest level
Outstanding strategic planning and analysis capability and a demonstrated pedigree in financial management
Strong people management and relationship building skills with ability to provide effective leadership in a fast moving and challenging work environment
Willing to relocate internationally
