Credit Analyst – Infrastructure and Asset Finance
Location: City Centre
Contract Duration: 12months (minimum)

Key Responsibilities:
- Active account management of a global infrastructure and asset finance portfolio.
- Ongoing contact with clients, sponsors, market intermediaries and 3rd party service providers.
- Attending site visits, bank and/or investor meetings/presentations.
- Credit supervision, regular reviews and reporting of transaction risk/exposures.
- Analysis of borrowers and related parties accounts.
- Ability to prepare and analyse financial models/forecasts.
- Processing of waiver and amendment requests.
- To participate in project restructurings and refinancings.
- Preparation of credit requests for new applications.
- Review transaction documents for conformity with credit sanctions and approved risks
- Preparation of risk reports; portfolio, sector and industry reviews; head office reports; and others in respect of Servicing Agreements
- Work with the sales function on the preparation of transactions for sale
- Covenant testing of loan facilities.

Candidate Specification:

- Graduate in business, finance or accounting related field.
- You may have a minimum of 4 years’ specialist banking experience especially in structured credit, asset-based or project finance.
- Experience of working with bank rating models and core systems, but this does not preclude someone with more expereince from applying for this role.
- Ability to review and analyse project and/or leveraged finance transactions
- Ability to review and analyse financial models/forecasts and complex documentation
- Fluent English, proficiency in a second European language is a distinct advantage.
