An international financial services organisation with well established operations in Dublin seeks to appoint an experienced compliance professional to oversee its international compliance framework. The company’s core business focuses on the provision of fund administration, custody & trustee and banking services globally.

Key Deliverables:
• Support the businesses to ensure compliance with applicable regulations, rules and laws in the countries in which it operates
• Provision of advisory/support functions; build and maintain relationships with the business, provide day to day advice on interpretation and application of relevant rules, regulations, policies and procedures
• Oversight of control functions such as training, surveillance, monitoring/testing, reviews, monitoring and implementing regulatory changes, new business/new product implementation
• Creation and maintenance of compliance manuals and compliance policies and procedures
• Client onboarding and due diligence, including application of relevant AML rules and laws, policies and procedures.
• Oversight of the investor onboarding and screening process
• Management and development of the global compliance team

Desired Skills:
• Degree level education and relevant professional or industry qualification is preferable
• Experience in the financial services industry, at an investment bank, regulator or exchange
• Compliance experience in fund administration, custody and trustee services
• Thorough and methodical approach, exercises sound judgement
• Working knowledge of major international rules and regulations

Salary:
• Salary & package will be commensurate with experience

Note:
• This position is being offered on a fixed term contract basis initially with a view to permanency
