Our client is one of the worlds leading international insurers and reinsurance organisations (S&P ‘A+’ rated) and operates in all key insurance markets. They have had a presence in the Irish market for over 20 years and due to recent growth, they are now looking to hire a Reinsurance Technician to work within their technical services department.

Key responsibilities:

• Preparation and maintenance of underlying data
• Ensure underwriting data is captured on the core systems
• Prepare documents to ensure that appropriate records are established
• Resolve customer queries to ensure prompt and timely resolution

Key Requirements:

• Educated to Leaving Certificate level
• Previous experience within the insurance/reinsurance industry
• Understanding of balance sheets, income statements and reconciliation processes
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite of applications and Microsoft Outlook
